The majority of the songs are from Sean Brennan(London After Midnight) and Nox Arcana.  I'm not a fan of either Katy Perry or Rihanna, but the songs fit the two characters(and their relationship) perfectly.  I'm also not a big fan of Marilyn Manson, but again, as with Perry and Rihanna, the song fit.  As for the song "Pie Jesu," it also fit. I realize it's a hymn, but that's fine by me...as I said, it fit.  You'll also notice a country song, "What Hurts the Most," by Rascal Flatts...which was actually played by my ex-husband at our 10th wedding anniversary(before he showed his true colours, turned into an abusive, cheating ass hat).  It is a dual purpose song; it not only fits how Sean sees his relationship with Elia, the prospect of losing her to anyone, but namely for Mako, who loves her as much as Sean does, and feels kind of cheated out of not being able to be with her.  You'll also find the Goo Goo Dolls, "Iris," and "Name."  "Iris" fits Sean perfectly...being as very, very few of his fans know exactly WHAT he is, he'd like to keep it that way...they know something is different about him, but they just have no idea what it is...and "Name..." is for Elia, because none of the fans know about her and her relationship with him, and those who do know about her, are under the impression that she is just a mere fan(you'll learn more about this as the story progresses).  Again, it is something he'd like to keep as private as possible, and as the story goes on, he'll find that harder and harder to do. It can also fit how Elia explains Sean to the fans she has contact with..."he is a friend," she tells them, yet knows full well what he really is to her.  She knows NOT to tell them anything about her and Sean; especially, since he has strictly forbidden it. Same with what he actually is...nosferatu, vampire.  He IS, The Master Vampire, of course.  

"Sympathy for the Devil," Guns n' Roses...I despise GNR, but I like their version of this song(after all it was used in "Interview With the Vampire," the ONLY movie I ever liked Tom Cruise in), and because Sean(and eventually Elia, and Mako already is, will be)is nosferatu in this story, it definitely fits.

"Time After Time," Cyndi Lauper...something for when Elia is taken by the Madori, and how Sean is an emotional wreck because of it, and how he feels about rescuing her from them.

As the story progresses, so will this playlist. I'll update it frequently for each chapter I write.

Will now only be found here on DA exclusively.  I had intended on not continuing it due to some people being major ass hats about reading it.  With friends like this, I'd rather have critics who are douche bags, then friends who can't be arsed to even read anything I write...especially, after they've begged me to continue writing my stories, because they just love what I write.  Oh really now?  You have a very strange way of showing that love of my writing, don't you?  The only time half of them can be arsed to read what I write, is when THEY are included as a character in any of the stories.  Even that is pushing it.

Still, I have one wonderful friend, who is also a writer, who understands my dilemma.  She has been a steadfast supporter of everything I write.  She takes the time to read the stories(regardless of whether she is actually a character or not), always has sound advice and helpful comments.  Not to mention, her creations are far superiour to anything I could ever hope to write, and every time I read one of her stories, it's like I'm right there with the characters, experiencing everything with them.  Her stories just pull you right in and keep you there until you reach the ending.  I just devour everything she creates! Absolutely incredible!

Her name is(on DA)...www.Azriel02.deviantart.com .  On Tumblr, she is www.groffiction.tumblr.com .  In Rl, her name is Heather, and I just adore her to pieces!  So, because of her steadfast support of my writing, I've decided to continue the story...it's dedicated to her, as well as to the main subject of the story, Sean Brennan(London After Midnight).  

Heather: for her steadfast support of all that I write...for her friendship...for her just being the wonderful person that she is.  We may have our differences, but you are the sweetest, kindest person I've ever known.  I'm glad we got to know each other. I hope we continue as friends for many years to come.

Sean:  For being the huge influence on my life that he has been, since I first heard his incredible voice all those years ago.  He has opened my eyes to so many things, that it is nearly impossible to list them all here.  He has given me the courage to continue being Vegan, to continue seeking the truth, to always question everything, and to stand up for what I believe in, even if it means I stand alone in it.  He may never read this(even though he's on DA), but I need to thank him for all of that, plus so much more.  For his meaningful songs, his incredible music and his angelic voice.  Without him in this miserable world, I think it would be far more miserable than it already is.

Which is why I haven't been able to be on it as I usually am.  If it isn't Facebook being an ass hat, or Tumblr being mental, it would seem that DA decided it had to get in on the stupid party.  Bleh.

Anyhoo...I'm back! Woot!
